TAISYS Technologies will make its debut at Mobile World Congress 2026 (MWC 2026), where it will unveil its De-Identified Personal Identity System, a groundbreaking solution designed to effectively combat fake accounts, online fraud, and personal data leaks, while strengthening national digital resilience.
Mr. Jason Ho, Chairman of TAISYS Technologies, stated that the rapid rise of artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping global industries and the digital ecosystem. As AI becomes deeply embedded in online systems, new security threats and criminal techniques are emerging at unprecedented speed. At MWC 2026, TAISYS will introduce dMID (decentralized Mobile ID), its De-Identified Personal Identity System, which is built around an eSIM Identity Wallet. This solution addresses fraud issues stemming from traditional SMS-based authentication and introduces a human-authorized AI Agent mechanism, establishing a foundational identity authentication infrastructure for the AI era.
At the same time, dMID achieves the “iron triangle” of digital identity authentication, user privacy protection, and personal data sovereignty. TAISYS also plans to collaborate with telecom partners to jointly operate a decentralized token economy ecosystem, enabling telecom operators to create new revenue streams and share the dividends of the digital economy with users.
1. De-Identified Mobile ID — De-identifying Phone Numbers
When accessing online services, users no longer need to expose their real phone numbers. Instead, they use a privacy-preserving ID that safeguards both personal privacy and national digital sovereignty.
2. eSIM Passkey — Replacing Traditional SMS OTP
By adopting strong authentication mechanisms similar to FIDO, the system eliminates reliance on SMS one-time passwords, significantly reducing fraud risks at the source.
3. Identity Wallet — Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) Embedded in the SIM
This enables individuals to truly own their digital identities, while aligning with the digital wallet initiatives promoted by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
